The six-short pilot proved a single move can teach in thirty seconds. So the batch is built to that exact shape: hook in the first two seconds, caption-first for muted autoplay, then one live demo, the payoff, and the aurora-teal end card. Nothing freelances — every short is the same machine fed a different dare.
The built-in dares need nothing installed. They lead with the easy wins — /statusline, /clear, /compact — then climb to the two advanced moves, /hooks and claude-worktree, held to the end so the run earns its difficulty. Nine shorts, beginner to advanced.
The other six are skills I wrote for myself and run daily. They're shown as power-user shortcuts: you see the behaviour, then the dare is to build your own version. Every one ends with "Build your own. …dare to accept?"
Every toolkit short ships scrubbed: no real name, no C:\ paths, no company, host, or dashboard names. The point isn't to copy my files — it's to steal the idea and build your own. So each one says "I built a shortcut that…", never a personal handle.
