01 The short version

An AI operator, not an AI tourist

Most "AI for business" stops at a chatbot demo. I come from the product side — a Product Owner who ships — so I build AI into the messy parts that actually move a company: operations, internal tooling, decision support, the work nobody wants to do twice. Everything on this site I designed and built myself with Claude Code, in the open.

My niche is deliberately narrow: AI for complex product companies — manufacturing, hardware, deep-tech — not the generic "AI for startups" crowd. That's where the hard, valuable problems are, and it's the world I already speak the language of.

A Claude-Code "operating system" that onboards, audits, and reviews its own projects — even runs a nightly architect review.

Built in a night: live stats, a job pipeline, a Kanban whose cards write their own code, staging→prod with one button.

Personal AI silos

A private, per-person AI assistant over Telegram — multi-tenant, isolated context, real deliverables (a workout plan as a PDF).

This brand: a dual-channel video pipeline that transcribes, captions, and cross-posts itself across platforms.
