Steal the code

Every episode ships a real, free download — a Claude Code skill, a script, a template. Clone it, run it in under a minute, make it yours.

22 more downloads land as the episodes drop — silo templates, the kill-switch script, the verification-gate hook, the family-map demo, and more. A new one every few days.

How the downloads work

Most live in one open collection repo — github.com/bitesize-ai — so it's one place to star and follow. Bigger standalone tools (a demo-mode dashboard, the silo starter) get their own repo with a Use this template button. Anything that touches personal data ships as a demo on fake data, never a real account. No GitHub? Comment the episode's keyword on the video and the bot DMs you the link.
